Halo is popular for a reason... and it isn't happy meal implementation, it's because it is an extremely solid online shooter with a great deal of features to most console based ones... A lot more than your "Red Robin" has.

As an xbox fanboy... I couldn't give a toss about the PS3 being hacked in all honesty. It makes no difference to me... I could have my xbox hacked, but I don't and choose to buy my games. All this means is I could have my PS3 hacked, but I won't... and will continue to buy my games.
So get off your high horse screaming about the Xbox fanboys... There are a lot more PS3 fans worrying about this than xbox... God knows why any of you really care - it's just pla...

It doesn't look like a rip off to me... The trailer looks a completely different game to me.
And as for the character similarities... Uncharted doesn't have the most all inspiring original cast. It's a bloke in a leather jacket of a particular era - Hell Biggles used to wear one and is far more famous :/
